Our Journey to Health

Hi and welcome. If you’re here, you are likely looking for a path to better health. Today it is getting very difficult to live a healthy lifestyle due to food, chemicals in our lives, stress, poor sleep habits, trauma, and a constant bombardment of bad or misinformation.

We here at Our Journey to Health seek to learn the most beneficial ways to have a healthy, joyous life. Living like we do not is clearly not healthy or joyous. A large percentage of the world is overweight, sick, tired, or emotionally drained. We have also worked to overcome these same issues. We are not experts, but we have a passion for learning and growing. As we continue to learn, we will pass what we have learned on to you so that you can make informed decisions.
